Stepped in on short notice to unify the visual design and deliver a company-ready deck — and added an original pixel-art "CS Sales" game animation for personality, working with the Customer Success team.
Rated the best customer success content at SKO — a company-wide event with 500+ sales staff — with praise from multiple teams across the organization.
Appian's annual Sales Kickoff is a high-visibility internal event. The Customer Success team needed a polished, cohesive presentation for a key session — and the existing deck wasn't ready. The task: step in on short notice, unify the design, and deliver something that could hold its own alongside content from well-resourced teams with dedicated design support.
I took the existing content and rebuilt it into one consistent, professional system — tightening hierarchy, typography, and layout so the whole deck felt intentional. To make the session memorable rather than just polished, I designed a custom pixel-art "CS Sales" side-scrolling game animation as a creative interlude — an unexpected, personality-driven moment that set the CS content apart from the usual corporate format. On a tight timeline, I prioritized cohesion and the few high-impact moments that would land in a big room.
